KEY POINTS:

        A.  Food and drink are encouraged! Alcohol is welcome for guests 21 and older as long as it is supplied.  We do provide the cooler and ice.

        B.  Music and boating are like a horse and carriage - They just go together!  All our boats are equipped with a Bluetooth stereo system that makes us the envy on the water so bring your tunes.

        C.  Due to time constraints stopping or swimming is only available on cruises 3hr or more.

-Weather - The most important thing is that our guests have a great time. With that in mind, we try to get every charter in. The weather in Charleston changes constantly, a 40% chance of rain could be a 10 min shower and the rest of the day is perfect. We watch the weather constantly and the captain makes a decision the day of the charter. We may ask you to go a bit earlier or later to avoid rain. We cannot be out in thunder and lightning as it is a safety issue. With all that said, if we have to cancel due to weather, we will provide a full refund.

-Cancelation - We will refund 100% 15 days prior to your charter date. Once inside two weeks (15 days) we will not refund for anything other than weather.

-Damage - We work very hard to keep all of our vessels in "new" condition. We do not require a damage deposit, as we expect our passengers to not damage our vessels. In the rare case that passengers do permanent damage to the upholstery, fiberglass, rails, mats, or other fixtures, the main person who booked the charter will be held responsible for the repair cost.
