KEY POINTS:

• Food and Drink: Feel free to bring your favorite snacks and beverages! Guests 21 and older are welcome to bring alcohol, and we’ll provide a cooler and ice to keep everything chill.
• Music: What's a boat ride without some tunes? All of our boats come equipped with Bluetooth stereo systems, so bring your playlist and let the good times roll!
• Swimming: Due to time constraints, swimming is only available on cruises of 3 hours or longer.

Weather Policy:
We want you to have the best experience possible, and that includes making sure the weather is just right. Charleston weather can change rapidly—a 40% chance of rain might turn into a quick 10-minute shower, leaving the rest of the day perfect for your tour. Our crew is constantly monitoring the weather, and the captain will make the final call on the day of your charter. We may ask you to shift the time of your tour slightly to avoid any rain, but safety is always our priority—if there's thunder or lightning, we won’t go out. If we have to cancel due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 15 days before your charter. Within 15 days of the tour, we do not offer refunds unless the cancellation is due to weather.

Damage Policy:
We take great pride in maintaining our vessels in top condition. While we don't require a damage deposit, we do expect all passengers to treat our boats with care. In the unlikely event that damage occurs to the upholstery, fiberglass, rails, mats, or other fixtures, the individual who booked the charter will be held responsible for the repair costs.
