Weather Policy:
Your experience is our priority! Charleston’s weather can change quickly, and a 40% chance of rain might just mean a short shower. We monitor conditions closely and may adjust your departure time to avoid bad weather. If we must cancel due to unsafe conditions (thunderstorms, lightning, etc.), we offer a full refund.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund for cancellations made at least 15 days before your charter.
No refunds within 15 days, except for cancellations due to weather.
Damage Policy:
We take pride in maintaining our vessels in top condition. While we don’t require a damage deposit, guests will be responsible for any permanent damage caused to the upholstery, fiberglass, rails, or other fixtures.
